I wasn’t born into structure, I had to build it.

Growing up, I learned early that if you want stability, you have to make it yourself. My hands were on tools before I could drive, fixing things that broke, building what didn’t exist, and learning fast that precision matters whether you’re rebuilding an engine or getting someone safely through the next mile of their life.

Over time, that instinct to build systems that hold up became more than just survival. It became my work. I’ve led logistics and operations for major brands, restored cars from the frame up, and raced coast to coast with no room for error. I’ve helped train tactical operators, redesigned public and private infrastructure, and built nonprofit programs for young adults who, like me, didn’t grow up with a safety net.

But I don’t just build things and walk away. I run what I build and I’ve done it from the inside out. I’ve owned companies, hired teams, handled payroll, filed compliance, scaled services, and kept the lights on. I know what it’s like when every decision matters, because I’ve been the one holding the whole thing together.

No matter the job, the through-line is this: I see the gaps and I build what fills them. And then I make sure it works.

I’m not the guy who slides into a well-oiled machine. I’m the guy you call when the wheels are coming off or when you’ve got a vision and need someone to make it real. Whether it’s a system that needs to be designed, a program that needs rebuilt, or a mission that needs scaled, I bring calm, clarity, and execution.
